A listening skills program

What you say may not be the message you send.

During this one-day program, listening concepts, habits, and tools will be defined, discussed, and practiced. Participants will discover what listening is; what to listen for when someone speaks; the habits that prevent efficient listening; tools needed to listen with excellence, and ultimately, why listening is communicating in action.

The target audience is everyone in your organization who communicates directly, face to face or by phone: managers, supervisors, clerical staff, customer service people, auditors, programmers, analysts... anyone, in fact, who would perform their tasks better if they were better listeners. Good listening skills are also essential for effective team functioning.

Listen® is most appropriate for people wanting to learn the behaviors needed for in-depth, extended interaction. It is also a way to fine-tune the skills and understanding developed in the Active Communicating program.
