Toni Erlich is owner and director of Connections, a corporate training practice based in New York City. she specializes in teaching interactive communicating skills and listening. She is a master trainer for Dr. Genie Z. Laborde's EXCELLENCEŽ seminars, which are based on Neurolinguistic Programming.
Toni Erlich's approach to training is hands-on. She readily involves participants in learning through discussion and structured exercises. Her informal style yields consistently active, lively, highly-rated meetings.

Ms. Erlich has been on the adjunct faculty of the New School for Social Research, Graduate School of Management. She served as a course leader for the American Management Association, has written handbooks for the insurance industry, and articles on communicating for business publications.
Ms. Erlich has been a writer and editor for Peat, Marwich, Mitchell and was Director of Communication for the Westside Crime Prevention Program. She has spoken before various community groups and has appeared on television. Ms. Erlich maintains membership in various professional associations, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in American Literature from Brooklyn College,
