| Albert Adams, PhD., has been an advisor and consultant to governments, corporations and education systems for over 35 years. As a social scientist trained at the University of Chicago, former Reader at Oxford University and former University Fellow at the Australian National University, he specializes in how advanced technology transfer and digital communication impacts upon workers and producing systems. Having consulted and performed applied systems research in 36 countries, he also has expertise in conducting hrd research projects, on globalization, human resource practices, and continuing education. |  |
| Mila Begun was a senior Human Resources manager for 16 years before establishing her organization development and training practice. Mila had responsibility for Employee Relations, EEO compliance, Affirmative Action Programs, career development, management training, and organization development in banking, manufacturing, education and health care. Mila has also managed programs to assist disabled individuals in preparing for employment. She currently specializes in expediting and managing change, improving training outcomes, and career management. Mila has a Master's Degree in Counseling from Columbia University. She is a skilled facilitator of traditional and large scale training. Mila is a member of several professional organizations, including Organization Development Network, American Society for Training and Development and is on the Board of Directors of Network of Enterprising Women. |  |
